It’s OK to be Unsure

You don't need to have all the answers yet. You just need a willingness to explore and listen to your inner voice.

Welcome to Day 1! Please begin with the video below, and then work your way down the page at whatever pace feels right for you. Please remember, this is about connecting with your own intuition and soul, not checking some arbitrary boxes. Feel free to be flexible and make this course work for YOU!

🟡 Digital: When you click the link, it will prompt you to make your own copy in Google Docs. From there, you can save it wherever you like and return to it each day.

🟡 Printed: If you prefer pen and paper, feel free to print the journal and keep it in a binder or folder. Writing by hand can be a grounding experience for some people. Go with what works best for you.

Here is your journal. You will use the same one each day, gradually deepening your understanding as you go and allowing your clarity to unfold step by step. You have two options for how to use it. Choose what feels most supportive to you:
