Rachel Kennedy:

founder and principle mediator

Rachel is the founder and principle mediator at Rachel Kennedy Mediation, as well as a parenting consultant and divorce coach. After a challenging divorce herself, she is passionate about providing other families with the tools needed for a Compassionate Divorce.

Rachel lives in the Minneapolis area with her partner and kids. She enjoys traveling, dancing, playing with yarn, and healthy eating with a side of dark chocolate.

Alyssa Perevertaylo:

Executive Legal Assistant

Alyssa is Rachel’s Executive Legal Assistant. With a background in client care, operations, and administrative support, she brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a calm, client-focused approach to her work. Her experience managing fast-paced professional environments has honed her ability to coordinate schedules, anticipate needs, and keep things running smoothly.

Alyssa is a Minnesota native and proud mom of three. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, exploring the North Shore, and baking sourdough and other scratch-made goodies.

Sheila-marie untiedt:

associate Mediator

Sheila-Marie Untiedt is an associate mediator at Rachel Kennedy Mediation. She is a Neutral Mediator on the MN Supreme Court Rule 114 Roster, as well as a Parenting Consultant PC and Early Neutral Evaluator ENE. She helps individuals to resolve conflicts in the areas of divorce, child custody, family conflict, workplace conflict, and business conflict.
